At the heart of our approach is the integration of yoga into freediving. We combine breathwork, body awareness, and mindfulness from yoga to enhance your experience underwater. Through guided sessions, you learn to breathe better, move with intention, and enter the water with a calm, focused mind.
This practice goes beyond technique—it becomes a journey inward. Freediving naturally fosters patience and deep personal exploration. As you descend, distractions fall away, and you’re left with space to meet yourself in stillness. It’s not just about reaching new depths, but about discovering the quiet resilience within.
Whether you’re new to freediving or looking to deepen your practice, our method brings together the best of both worlds—yoga above the surface, freedom below it.

Freediving is a mode of underwater diving that relies on breath-holding until resurfacing rather than the use of breathing apparatus such as scuba gear.
Besides the limits of breath-hold, immersion in water and exposure to high ambient pressure also have physiological effects that limit the depths and duration possible in freediving. More on this can be read here.
The Molchanovs Mission is to share our love of freediving with the world. We do this by cultivating the level of knowledge and skill of all freedivers, by building global and local communities that fuel passion for freediving, and by developing gear that provides the best freediving experience possible.
